How do I book your services?

Please use the contact form below to specify which service(s) you are looking for. Once we have answered all of your inquiries, you are ready to book.

What equipment do you provide?

For retirement and long-term care residences, simply provide a gathering space for your residents. Geri will require a minimum space of 5ft by 5ft that is within easy access to power outlets. She will bring all of her own equipment and handle the set up. For all other venues and dependent on the service required, equipment requirements will be subject to discussion.

How much time do you require in advance to access the event space?

Depending on the scheduled event, 90 minutes is usually enough time to prepare for the event, but more time may be required dependent upon your service needs.

How soon can I book in advance?

The sooner the better! The more time we have in advance to plan your event, the better chance your preferred date will be available.

What if I need to cancel an event?

In the event of any unforeseen disruption necessitating the cancellation of your scheduled concert, a phone call within 24 hours notice is enough time to ensure your event can be rescheduled.
